Changing e-mail

<p>I entered the wrong email address when I opened the trial subscribtion, now that I purchased a subscridtion I need to change the email address. I will not allow me to do so. Ive "changed address" several times and cant verify it because it says I must answer my secrect question on the old email..that is bogus. HELP..please and thanks.</p>

To access live chat, upper right corner, Search the knowledge base, then chat tab. If you get a message that it is down for maintence or unavalilable, chances are it is not 10 AM in california and you shoud try later</p>
