Changing e-mail

I entered the wrong email address when I opened the trial subscribtion, now that I purchased a subscridtion I need to change the email address. I will not allow me to do so. Ive "changed address" several times and cant verify it because it says I must answer my secrect question on the old email..that is bogus. HELP..please and thanks.

On monday use live chat support, their hours are 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific, make sure you adjust those hours to match what ever time zone you are in. To access live chat, upper right corner, Search the knowledge base, then chat tab. If you get a message that it is down for maintence or unavalilable, chances are it is not 10 AM in california and you shoud try later
