Character Transfer Terms and Conditions Wording

<p>Here is a quote from the Character Transfer page:</p><p>"A character's guild affiliation will be removed and the affiliated guild will lose any status points contributed by the transferred character"</p><p>The way this is worded says (to me) that, if you transfer a character still in a guild, the guild will lose all status that you have previously earned for that guild.</p><p>The way I understand earned guild status is that if you leave a guild all status you have earned for the guild to that point remains with the guild and your display of guild status on your persona window is reset  to 0.</p><p>Can someone answer as to what really happens in both instances?</p><p>Thank you</p><p>Signed -- Confused and wanting to consolidate accounts</p>

When you roll your mouse over shop, you get a dropdown meno with an option for Character Transfer Service. This is what I am referring to. And your hyperlink at the bottom of the page brings you to the same page with the same wording that I am trying to get clarified.</p></blockquote>
