View Full Version : Forgot email AND password

<p>I just recently started playing again. I have an old account with some pretty advanced characters and I'd rather not start over. I don't remember the exact email account I used. When I click on the "forgot email" link, it just reopens the normal login. I can verify my identity however possible. Please help. My old character is still listed on the server so I know it still exists.</p>

<p>It's Saturday night, support people to deal with account issues may not be around until Monday.</p><p>I don't know where you are going to try to reset the email, I usually only get the options for "forgot password" and "Forgot user name". If you click Forgot User Name, it will email it to the email address on file. If you click Forgot Password, I believe it sets the password randomly and emails the info to the email on the file.</p><p>If you no longer have that email address and you forgot your access info, then you need to contact to customer service (weekdays).</p>

Make sure to adjust to the pacific time zone, if you get the message that it is under maintenance you are checking during the hours they are closed.</p>
