Cannot get into game with Character in Guild Hall..

<p>Hey guys,</p><p>I'm finding that after the server maintanence on 10/15, I can get into the game on any of my toons that are <span style="text-decoration: underline;">NOT</span> in my guild hall.  I get the message about the "The server did not respond in a timely fashion" ONLY for toons that ARE in the Guild Hall.  Please fix this problem ASAP...</p>
