Cannot get into game with Character in Guild Hall..

Hey guys,

I'm finding that after the server maintanence on 10/15, I can get into the game on any of my toons that are NOT in my guild hall. I get the message about the "The server did not respond in a timely fashion" ONLY for toons that ARE in the Guild Hall. Please fix this problem ASAP...

Greetings,

As a first step I would recommend restarting your computer and modem. If the problem persists at that point then you might want to try bypassing the router so that your computer is plugged directly into the modem. That will tell us whether or not the router is part of the problem. You can also petition the GMs and have the characters moved to a different location so that you can access them while we troubleshoot the issue.
