<p>The 12 hour recast on this makes this worthless. I thought the 1 hour timer on Call of the Tinkerer was bad. Is this really intended to be 12 hours?</p>

I have call of the tinkerer, guess what the average # of times I use it is?</p><p>Less than once per day.</p><p>12 hour recast on the racial is fine.</p>
