My "Recruit a friend" is no longer working! Please help

<p>For some reason my "Recruit a friend" is no longer giving me the 200% exp bonus or letting me "Go To".  This was working earlier and all of a sudden its not.  I have tried relogging both of them and even tried disbanding group and reinviting.  Can anyone help me figure this out? Or maybe your having the same issue?</p>
