My "Recruit a friend" is no longer working! Please help

For some reason my "Recruit a friend" is no longer giving me the 200% exp bonus or letting me "Go To". This was working earlier and all of a sudden its not. I have tried relogging both of them and even tried disbanding group and reinviting. Can anyone help me figure this out? Or maybe your having the same issue?

How long has it been since your friend accepted your invite? I believe those bonuses are only active for 90 days after that point. Let me know if you have any quesitons.
