Why can I not trial the new content with my account?

<p>I am an old EQ2 player. I'd like to trial the new content with my existing account but I do not get the option to "Try" from the launcher.</p><p>My husband can get his old account into the trial, why can't I? I can't find any information aboutt his except to make a new account, which I don't want to do. I'm thinking about returning to EQ2 and I'd like to login MY original characters for the trial like my husband is doing.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Your husband probably has some free time because of a promotion that's going on.  The current promotion gave some free time to players that have/had an Iksar character on the account.  If you are just looking for a couple of days to try the game then simply give us a call.  Assuming you haven't asked for time recently then we should be be able to add a few free days to your account</p>
