Why can I not trial the new content with my account?

I am an old EQ2 player. I'd like to trial the new content with my existing account but I do not get the option to "Try" from the launcher.

My husband can get his old account into the trial, why can't I? I can't find any information aboutt his except to make a new account, which I don't want to do. I'm thinking about returning to EQ2 and I'd like to login MY original characters for the trial like my husband is doing.

Greetings,

Your husband probably has some free time because of a promotion that's going on. The current promotion gave some free time to players that have/had an Iksar character on the account. If you are just looking for a couple of days to try the game then simply give us a call. Assuming you haven't asked for time recently then we should be be able to add a few free days to your account
