Invite a Friend rewards?

<p>I invited my GF to play EQ2 with me with the Two Week trial invitation, and she played with me for those two weeks.  After the time ran out, I convinced her to keep playing, so we payed the fifteen dollars and continued to have fun.  I recently went to invite another friend of mine, only to find out that not only have I not received any of the rewards it said I was going to get when she accepted, but her invitation status is still only on Sent.  She checked the link it gave me to send her, and it said she had already accepted.  Dose anyone know how I can get this updated to get my rewards?</p>
