Char. transfer service

<p>I tried this question in the non-gameplay forum but didn't get a responce so I thought I would try here.  The character transfer service has been down for "scheduled maintenance" for quite a few days now.  When will it be back up again or where can I go to move a character from one server to another?</p>

<p>Oh thats a known issue... down to the fact that the email petition service is run by Right-Now so your browser ends up hopping through a mixture of right-now and soe web locations.</p><p>I've transferred several characters recent for myself and the g/f no issues with any of them.  It's not ideal, but the regular character transfer has been down for five months and there is no sign of it coming back up.</p>
