Char. transfer service

I tried this question in the non-gameplay forum but didn't get a responce so I thought I would try here. The character transfer service has been down for "scheduled maintenance" for quite a few days now. When will it be back up again or where can I go to move a character from one server to another?

Thank you very much. Hopefully it just will come back up soon. The link given to send a e-mail I get an error telling me it is a unsafe site. I hope my account was not hacked SMILEY

Oh thats a known issue... down to the fact that the email petition service is run by Right-Now so your browser ends up hopping through a mixture of right-now and soe web locations.

I've transferred several characters recent for myself and the g/f no issues with any of them. It's not ideal, but the regular character transfer has been down for five months and there is no sign of it coming back up.
