changing RAM usage from 2g to 3g

<p>I am running Vista 32 and hope changing the EQ memory usage to use 3 gig vs 2 will help some of the performance issues I've had (low FPS, lock ups, and poor performance) but I can't find anywhere here on how to go about that change.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.</p>

Do you mean you are installing more memory into your PC?As far as I am aware of there is no way to specify how much memory a particular program uses.
