How to delete characters on cancelled accounts?

<p>Hi,</p><p>I have a couple of characters on an expired trial account, and I would like to use some of the names of those characters. How do I delete them since I can't log into the game through that account? Is there a way to log on to some kind of character management page and delete them there?</p><p>Did that make any sence? <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

I know of no way to access an inactive account character.  It is possible you can get Customer Service to merge the Trial Account with your new account.  Then you could do as you wish with the characters.
