Hi,

I have a couple of characters on an expired trial account, and I would like to use some of the names of those characters. How do I delete them since I can't log into the game through that account? Is there a way to log on to some kind of character management page and delete them there?

Did that make any sence? SMILEY

I am not sure that there is a way to delete them since you no longer have access to them.  You can try to contact SOE directly to see if they can help you...  Good luck! Our Technical Support staff is available Monday - Friday, from 10:00am - 7:00pm PST. There are three ways to contact them our Technical Support staff: 1. Live Chat - http://www.station.com/kb (Chat Support tab). If you cannot find the answer through the knowledge base, click on the "Chat Support" tab to chat live with a Technical Support Representative. The Live Chat is open Monday to Friday, from 10:00am - 7:00pm PST (7:00am - 7:00pm PST for SWG customers). 2. Email Support - http://www.station.com/kb (Email Support tab).  If you cannot find the answer through the knowledge base, click on the "Email Support" tab to email a Technical Support Representative. 3. Phone support - Available Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 7:00pm PST, except holidays, at 1-858-537-0898.  If you have forgotten your password required to use our email or chat support, and cannot complete the "Forgotten your password" form, please feel free to contact us via our phone support, and we will assist you from there. For all in game issues please petition in game by typing /petition (for Matrix Online type /ccr, for Star Wars Galaxies, press the H key).

I know of no way to access an inactive account character.  It is possible you can get Customer Service to merge the Trial Account with your new account.  Then you could do as you wish with the characters.
