Gfx look like it's a 10 year old PC

Can anyone help me with this one?  Look at the lines on the below - it's all blocky.  It may have been some setting I altered I'm not sure.Any advice apreciated.  2 GeForce 7950GT cards, drivers up to date, Windows xp.<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v318/mentla/Gfx.jpg" alt="" border="0" />
