Gfx look like it's a 10 year old PC

Can anyone help me with this one? Look at the lines on the below - it's all blocky. It may have been some setting I altered I'm not sure.Any advice apreciated. 2 GeForce 7950GT cards, drivers up to date, Windows xp.

Not 100% sure (busy at work so I cant really check SMILEY , but I think the slider is called Graphic Resolution, under Performance (or whatever the one at the top is called)
