Bristlebane: Coin Job quest! Bugged?

<p>Hi,</p><p>I have a level 64 touby and I am at the 3rd quest the lvl 55 quest.... How do i gain access to the manhole? I have gotten the chocolate coins from tobel but it says I need to get the chocolate coins from tobel so its like its not updating or something on Nagafen server. I tried to even access the manhole in el and it wont let me enter.  Lost and been trying to figure this out for days!!! please help!</p>

Delete the quest, pick it up again, clicking through the entire dialogue immediately afterwards.  For some reason it doesn't update if you start a new conversation with the NPC afterwards and ask for the coins then.  /shrug

There must be somehow I am suppose to gain access. Its going on 5 days now and is [Removed for Content] me off now.
