Bristlebane: Coin Job quest! Bugged?

Hi,

I have a level 64 touby and I am at the 3rd quest the lvl 55 quest.... How do i gain access to the manhole? I have gotten the chocolate coins from tobel but it says I need to get the chocolate coins from tobel so its like its not updating or something on Nagafen server. I tried to even access the manhole in el and it wont let me enter. Lost and been trying to figure this out for days!!! please help!

Delete the quest, pick it up again, clicking through the entire dialogue immediately afterwards. For some reason it doesn't update if you start a new conversation with the NPC afterwards and ask for the coins then. /shrug

Well already tried this about 4 times now. There must be somehow I am suppose to gain access. Its going on 5 days now and is [Removed for Content] me off now.

i dunno i done it all and it says i need to get the chocolate coins from tobel and he handed me them i try to enter the sewer but it wont let me. tried everything. it kinda sucks one because i had done all the deity quests of ro and dropped them for this bugged quest! 2nd it kinda sucks that not anyone from sony can respond to this, typical.

WELL i figured it out.

if the bag of coins goes into the evil sewn eye bag it wont update
