can anyone give me a little helps?

<p>I just reinstalled the game on a new VISTA PC and reactivated my account after a six month absence. But I can't get in on the VISTA PC. it starts to download updates then it goes to cancel. I tried shutting off the firewall and can get into an older XP machine that I never uninstalled the game on after it does updates. Is the game not VISTA compatable?</p><p>Any help would be appreciated.</p>
