can anyone give me a little helps?

I just reinstalled the game on a new VISTA PC and reactivated my account after a six month absence. But I can't get in on the VISTA PC. it starts to download updates then it goes to cancel. I tried shutting off the firewall and can get into an older XP machine that I never uninstalled the game on after it does updates. Is the game not VISTA compatable?

Any help would be appreciated.

Right click the EQ2 start icon and select "Run as Administrator"
