Can only start in Kelethin or Neriak? (Free Offer)

<p>Hello people <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>      I checked around, and had no luck finding the answer to this question.  I picked up the postcard for the free offer for EQII until Sept 15th and all the software, and after the long downloads, the game will only allow me to make a character to play in Kelethin or Neriak...there is a few races that can't start there, one in particular i'm looking to play..Erudite.</p><p>     Is there any reason the game is making me start here?  Will I be able to make another PC on the same server if I level one up to 5 or something?</p><p> Thanks</p>

<p>I didn't look hard enough.</p><p>Apparently, this is a requirement of the promotion <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  For those confused on this like I was, just get a PC up to level 5 and then you can make another character anywhere you want.  I'm going to make a character on a server I wasn't going to play on, so it doesn't limit the slots I have on Befallen, and see how that works <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

Do you have to download a nother version of the client of you want to roll a toon in another region?

(if that patch just happens to have released a bunch of content it can take awhile)
