Can't install EQ2 on a new machine..

<p>Sorry I've searched everywhere I can think of and tried the installer available from the website, but cannot get EQ2 installed on a new machine.</p><p>I get what appears to be the initial installation fine, but when the launchpad starts up it can't connect to the network - despite having perfectly fine internet connection otherwise and no anti-virus running. </p><p>I am having the same trouble with the Planetside installer as well.</p><p>Would greatly appreciate any help.</p>
