Can't install EQ2 on a new machine..

Sorry I've searched everywhere I can think of and tried the installer available from the website, but cannot get EQ2 installed on a new machine.

I get what appears to be the initial installation fine, but when the launchpad starts up it can't connect to the network - despite having perfectly fine internet connection otherwise and no anti-virus running.

I am having the same trouble with the Planetside installer as well.

Would greatly appreciate any help.

I would like to know more about your system and in particular your network connection and settings. Please read here the post that is at the top of the forums.
