as seen in pic in other thread i posted <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?start=0&topic_id=373997�" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...97�</a> you can see that it has 2 effects listed . ice blast and lethargy now being as these are named for torpor it should have only the lethargy effect and remove the ice blast one.
