vanguard gauntlets of torpor need fixing

as seen in pic in other thread i posted http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...97&#4235065 you can see that it has 2 effects listed . ice blast and lethargy now being as these are named for torpor it should have only the lethargy effect and remove the ice blast one.
