Which Server are you going to X~Fer to?

Now that SOE has officially announced Free Server Transfers,I'm curious where the people that want a larger playerbase are looking to go? I also thought this might be a good opportunity for us to target a server to all relocate to together,thereby almost assuring a nice size population as well as not upsetting the players that are hoping to keep their servers around the size they are right now. Any and all Feedback on where you're thinking to go is what I'm hoping for as i plan on utilizing this option as well.

I see nothing to indicate that it's all servers. It seems to be specifically targetted at the EU PvP servers, so it doesn't even seem like it will affect the US PvP servers.</p><p>Edit: OK, I missed the line at the bottom that says once the PvP servers are done, they'll move it to "all servers", but there's no actual statement that they mean ALL servers EU & US. there will be 1 week of free transefers, after that week it will go back to costing money. pve toons can only transeferr to pve servers. non exchange pvp toons can only transfer to non echange pvp servers. those fools that thought station echange was such a great idea are just SOL they cant move anywhare.

I have a 70 Toon & I'm looking for alot more than Raiding or Grinding,then the LightBulb went off & I realized I'm looking forward to actually Playing my Character, after that AB was a logical choice.

The only condition being PVP to PVP and PVE to PVE.</p><p>3) Once the PvP server transfers are complete, players on all servers will have a week-long opportunity to transfer their characters for free. This will allow affected people who may have instead wanted to play on Vox or Nagafen the chance to transfer their characters to those servers at no cost. Can't wait to see the whines of people demanding their name be carried over with them instead of whoever may have it on that server they move to.  So how many more free server moves are to be expected in the future?!?  That should say that something is wrong...or are we playing the denial game?

On the subject of who can use this free service - my understanding is that it will be everybody, certainly not "EU PvP only" as there won't be any body to take up a "EU PvP" transfer service since English-UK, German and French PvP Servers will have merged with Venekor (which is US). I'm just hopeful that they allow account-account transfers for free (they have done them for $50 before) so I can redistribute my accounts and spread out from 2 to 3. Just waiting for the word on <b>when</b>

Kithicor feels like it has a healthy population. I've got nine characters spread from level 3 to level 64 and I have no troubles finding groups for any of them when I want one.

AB is known for having a huge population so i wont go and say "Join us it is easier to get groups!" Lol people will probably yell at me for that too since most of the AB players on this forum only want RPers going over there from what ive read on the server forums. Last time they did free transfers AB and some of the other Heavy population servers were not on the list, so you couldn't transfer to them.

I had thought that SOE was considering doing this but then changed their minds.</p><p>However, i also seem to remember that when EQ2 first went live the servers had "suggested" timezone designations. I have all of my toons on AB, but it has changed quite a bit in the last year. It is now like pulling teeth to find a group and the markets are so inflated you think they are full of helium. I dont know if other servers are better, but I did some recon work last night and found that broker prices are less (sometimes by 5x) on Mistmoore and Crushbone.. Getting off the whole money issue, AB has gotten too big and too into raiding guilds IMO.. I may move the whole troop to Mistmoore

Was in a guild that had a mutiny of sorts now I just created my own. My alt's are mainly 25-38 and finding a group is a nightmare it seems..

AB has slowed down a bit in the last year but I still can find groups and I am in JST Time Zone. I am one though that will start building a group too. Just depends on your play style. When I can't find any groups I just go tradeskill.
