What guild level would you need to be to purchase a helicopter?

I doubt there going to be able to increase mount speed nearly any more otherwise there would be no way to even be in any danger. Hell u could run through epics at that speed and not thing twice.

There was a bug for a couple days where the mage classes invis spells granted a HUGE increase to runspeed. Like 600 to 800% runspeed depending on class. It really was a lot of fun to run around that fast, but omg was it game breaking. I think I got killed a lot more running off of high places (prior to fall damage being nerfed to nothing) than anything else. So a 500% mount is a pretty bad idea, but I wouldn't be opposed to like a 10s super runspeed buff on a long recast timer.

It was the guide's speed inhancement in EQ1...It was a decent speed...Not 500% but very very fast....

We dont need faster mounts that we have to purchase.

I would like to see griffon-like speed mounts for some zones though, like Butcherblock and Greater Faydark. It's boring having to run through a zone like these where you know you're not going to die, yet have to spend the 15 mins running across them just to get one quest update.

Doood. I want a classic 'Vette at 1000% run speed increase! My barbarian would be SO [Removed for Content]. Seriously..not sure how much faster toons should be without it being a bit silly. The horses in LFay feel stupid fast, its like riding on a race horse.

Haha I remember on my Warlock the day I logged in and he had 528% runspeed on his invis. Traveled from the TS Griffon station in Ant to Qeyons on foot in about 47 seconds. Blew across TS from the Ant entrance to Cove of Decay in about a minute. God that was fun! I have a video of it somewhere on one of my old harddrives =/

Oh man.. Reverse speed GOTTA go!!! It sucks big time.. Now more classes with AA can run on foot fast forward and back equally. Horse reverse happened before EOF came out with all new speed enchancing. I thought horse reverse was cuz of PVP reason but now it's getting pointless as more classes can run back and forth equally well so good time to abolish the idea of stupid horse reverse speed. Then Cavaliers like me will be happy.
