Why am I slower?

I now run slower out of combat, have notice absolutely no increase in dps and when I press P in combat there is no evidence of this in comat boost. Am I missing something?

In-combat boost is currently broken according to the slack dirgeys... I mean our friendy competitors for bard loot :3

Dont we get it automatically ? I did . but im level 70 for like a year or so .

<p>Yeh you should of received the spell automatically when you logged in , beleive its under spells.</p>
