Why am I slower?

I now run slower out of combat, have notice absolutely no increase in dps and when I press P in combat there is no evidence of this in comat boost. Am I missing something?

In-combat boost is currently broken according to the slack dirgeys... I mean our friendy competitors for bard loot :3

nm, found the level 55 spell. Didn't see that in update notes tbh SMILEY

still a little torn about this

i dont mind 52 % till 55 and i do like the boost to incombat speed but not sure if i like the fact taht we have to wait till 55 to get our full 56 speed with jboots ( which at that time jboots start to be a hinderance due to reduced stats and mit)

when other classes can have there full speed at extreemely low lvls

i think i would have perfered that they retro the speed enhancement to lower lvls so our highers was still 41 but at 41 it was the max speed

Dont we get it automatically ? I did . but im level 70 for like a year or so .

Yeh you should of received the spell automatically when you logged in , beleive its under spells.
