Anyone notice if this was not working as well for them?  Was in Lavastorm and EF and seems things were seeing though my invis that hadn't before and on a wierd sort of basis. 2 mobs standing close ..same mob and lvl and one saw and other didnt  Knda random. going to test the damage next and see if they have been reduced. Yeah, I was in Lavastorm last night running around looking for the banners and quest updates for Lost Legend of Lavastorm and noticed that even my level 40 Adept 2 training sneak which was an upgrade to Vanish was having the same problems.  Creatures that had not previously seen through it, were seeing through it.

Guessing they just added see invis mobs back into the game.  Or rather, see <EM>stealth</EM> mobs.  Didn't seem to have the same problem running round in LS using Fury group invis.

Experienced the same thing, funnyly enough several times one of two identical mobs in an encounter could see me, while the other could not. And I highly doubt that those crawlers have any see invis ability. I just guess it was some sort of bug, but it hasnt happened lately to me anyway. <div></div>

Now though Alot of mobs See through my stealth. Doesn't matter which I use. Before they changed lavastorm all that saw stealth was the wanderers in the temple.  Earlier this week(pre-patch) though I noticed a few giants now by sol eye saw sneak but I was able to avoid them so it wasn't a huge issue anyways.

Eolorn's Vanishing is still instant cast which now makes it worth having chose for the level 40 training.  I'm assuming the +10 to assassination helps a lot with sneaking too since I seem to be sneaking with that as well as ever.  I think 1 second cast time traded for the removal of a recast is far from a nerf.  It's gotta be hard for any dev to focus on our issues when we complain about every single thing with out even stopping to think. <div></div>

<P>I think the 1 second cast time is fine by me.  Previously, waiting 60s for a refresh once you dropped it was horrid!</P> <P> </P> <P>And in regards to Lavastorm, generally speaking the only ones I've seen that can see through a ttimes are an occasional goblin (mainly the roaming lookouts) or giants near Solusek's Eye entrance.  I personally haven't seen any of the hallway roamers in Temple of Solusek Ro see through, but just lucky I guess.</P>

The point is ... we are assassins.. More of our spells are stealth related than any others.  We should be the master of stealth.  We already get a penalty in our movement when in stealth that people with group and other invis spells don't get and I dont give a &%&^  how fast i can recast a spell that doesnt work.  I just get frustrated with what looks like a stealth nerf haha pun intended. Oh and our fury took people all around lava deactivating the towers for efreeti quest and didn't have any problems as far as i know. Now before the fanboys like zara whatever start defending Sony's every move let me explain that in RL im 56 yrs old. I enjoy playing these games with my son, nephew and some friends. In truth this kinda thing is not earth shaking and I'm not going to lose any sleep over it but you invest time and effort in your character and i would like to play the character i thought i was playing <div></div>

I noticed it in Lavastorm a couple days ago.  It seems pretty random which mobs can suddenly see through.  One friends idea that he was tossing around was that they can see invis after they get trained.  This would explain the randomness of it.  I haven't tested it out though. <div></div>

Anyway anything SOE fix is somewhat nerfed, as when they fixed Assassin's Mark, fixing a part that require stealth to work ok, but also reducing damage and aoe on it.
