Ranger Armour - Cant find the guy ?

<DIV>Hi folks,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I just dinged 20 last night. I'm after doing the Armour quest for Rangers but can't find the guy who gives out the quest. I was told he is around the Inn that we used to Kill the Assasin. Can someone point me to where he is ? Sorry if it's been asked before but I couldn't find any post's on it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Cheers :smileyhappy:</DIV>
