<DIV>Any 49-50s use this? I don't like the idea of a random fear effect. I plan on being 498 by the end of this week and saw a master version for sale and was wondering if its useful at all or does the fear effect screw it up?</DIV>

I'd be curious about that as well, but then again, considering that our stealth attacks are mostly useless anyway I guess it wouldn't matter too much.   <div></div>
