Any 49-50s use this? I don't like the idea of a random fear effect. I plan on being 498 by the end of this week and saw a master version for sale and was wondering if its useful at all or does the fear effect screw it up?

I'd be curious about that as well, but then again, considering that our stealth attacks are mostly useless anyway I guess it wouldn't matter too much.

Not even worth putting on your hotbar. I dont understand what they were thinking when they put on a fear component on that attack.
