In game links to items

<div>I know most of you will already know the answer to this, but I wanted to know if there was a way to access in game links to items if you actually do not posses the item.  I saw on other posts commands to get links to view items in game.  I am assuming there is a website which has all of the items listed, then you plug in that item number and the ingame link will pop up.</div><div> </div><div>Can someone please explain to me how to do this?</div><div> </div><div>Thank you much.</div>
