Noob question, Can a High Elf become a Warlock without doing betrayl quest?

Yes, at lvl 18 or 19 when you do your subclass quest you have to choose War or Wiz.

<DIV>Just a little word of advice for basic knowledge of the game.  The book that comes with the game has alot of basic stuff in it including which races are good, evil, or neutral as well as the classes.</DIV>

wizard and warlock are one of the few subclasses that remain neutral(ie can be from both cities) i think <div></div>
