hat happened to Breath Of Tyrant ?

After the last patch, It seems completely broken. For example, I cast Ball of Fire, and suddenly BoT is on a 12 s recast timer. I got the same timer with others spells. So basically BoT is unavailable.

<DIV>they changed the timers on alot of spells witht he patch. but you also should have gotten some spell upgrades depending on what you chose.</DIV>
