hat happened to Breath Of Tyrant ?

After the last patch, It seems completely broken. For example, I cast Ball of Fire, and suddenly BoT is on a 12 s recast timer. I got the same timer with others spells. So basically BoT is unavailable.

they changed the timers on alot of spells witht he patch. but you also should have gotten some spell upgrades depending on what you chose.

Also I read that the linked timer on a lot of old spells is a bug and will be fixed.
