Patch notes:
 
*** Gameplay ***
 
- Harm Touch no longer has any chance to fizzle when cast.
- The power cost associated with Shadowknight lifetap procs has been removed.
- The Tainted Caress combat scroll is now available for purchase from the appropriate trainers.
- Experience rewards are now consistent with NPC con colors across all level ranges.
- You can now trade your baby dragon house pet.
- The remainder of the missing suspensions and solutions have been added to the appropriate vendors.
- The boat voyage to the Enchanted Lands will now only allow six players.

Whew.... thought I was wacked.
 
I noticed that when I fought the Giant Vulchs (Ostrich) in the commons that the whites were a tougher fight and yielding more experience than the yellows.
 
Good news about Harm Touch.
 
Knowing we all jumped into this game from the get-go, knew it would be a matter of time before they get it all fined tuned.

That lifetap proc still only hits for 7 points maybe once per cast. So whats the point?

On the other end of this...i hear the nerf bat getting rdy for our horses...with all the stink here in the forums...i wouldn't be surprised if we weren't walkin again SMILEY

why would they nerf our ponies? What is the scoop your hearing?
 
Seems fair to me that we get horses. Based on all the other spells and the scouts get speed spells all seems fine to me.
 
If anything, it seems the people who have horses want them to be faster becuase they are just a step faster than running.
 
But im level 19 right now and pony less so what do i know.

i cant say that i have had harm touch fizzle, but its good to know that it wont.
life tap proc., im not gonna touch that one.

I have used harm touch and it not go off and reset before, maybe it was a fizzle, but no message came up. maybe that is what was fixed, I just /bugged it the other day.

the description on infernal pact said that it grants a lifetap proc until the ward goes off
but it never happened...
is the skill bugged or the chance of lifetap is so small that i don't even have a single proc for 4levels...?
im lv 31 now

I have had it proc 4 times in one battle, but sometimes it doesn't at all, very random.

I ahve had it fizzle on many occations. Its only a minor inconvience. I wish they would ahve fixed other big issues instead of this small one. To work around it all you would need to do is press HT again lol. The life tap proc is hardly noticable SMILEY I wish it either proced more, or had a bigger effect. Consume vitae is awsome though SMILEY

Lucans Pact spell is still bugged but they made my HT unfizzable so I can survive a while longer *evil grin*
