I bought Sentinel's Fate expansion via the Marketplace- probably not the smartest choice, but I wanted to try it out.  I've checked, and my account shows Sentinel's Fate.  No matter what I kill, I get the "Combat experience converted to AA points" message.

I don't have combat experience disabled, and I've tried disabling it and re-enabling it.  Is there something else I have to do?  I didn't notice the launcher download anything extra after I bought the expansion via the market place, and I don't see anything in my character's inventory.

Appreciation in advance for any help you can give- thanks!

Look at your AA screen, make sure it's not set at 100% xp to towards AAs.

its not going to download anything extra - you have it already. the buy from marketplace only activates it.

after you buy it, and get your account flagged as having SF, log out, log in, and you should be fine.

as for converting XP to AA, thats just a AA slider thing.

Thanks, Interstellarmatter and Kunaak: I checked, and the slider on my AA screen was, in fact, set to 100%.  I had completely forgotten about the slider thing

This was a well known issue during release

Many people didn't realize that the slider would remain at 100 for those that were capped prior to SF....

I am glad that you were able to solve it SMILEY
