There are mostly just rumours just now about the content, but there will be a full expansion in the fall. SOE's release plan is for an expansion each year.

There are some hints in the Legends website that the expansion will be related to the Void, ie. shadowmen etc.

I'm not sure about the timing on the guild halls, but they may come out as part of a game update, and not the expansion.

From the calendar on the Living Legacy site:

September

Expansion Pack #5 Beta Invites & Event

Guild Halls Event & Contest - Game Update #49

Bonus Experience Weekends

More Special Events to be Revealed Later

Sounds promising...

There is so much new content planned via GUs over the summer, concluding with the ex-pack in the Fall, it's like getting 2 ex-packs.
Of course, that is dependent on getting all of the promised Summer content out as announced--Something I thought was pretty bold.

SOE is pretty good on meeting the quoted deadlines, so I expect we will get everything on time.

SOE's good at releasing expansions annually. There are however a lot of things that they've promised "soon", and have still yet to release, or were released quite late.

though, when they set a deadline, they tend to keep them."soon" isnt a deadline.and anything without a deadline should be considered to be on the backburner until one is given. SMILEY

That's right.  They meet the deadline whether the content in finished or not. SMILEY
