Dirges level 30 training allows them to choose Jonthan's Mobilization of Arms, which buffs run speed, along with I believe str/agi/sta. This run speed buff does stack with pathfinding, proving to be pretty fast. Why don't we get a run speed buff? I'd gladly trade in the increased melee damage on Niv's Song of Harmony for increased run speed SMILEY

While I miss selo's more than anything I've never found it to be a problem to traverse a zone in eq2 and not been able to maintain a train without much trouble.  I would like to see this ability shared between both bard classes but I highly doubt they'll reassign training abilities once again, On a lighter note I believe it's only effective out of battle, so it's basically a travel song.  once 42+ jboots/(bria/sprint)/and Pathfinding results in more than adequate run speed if your concerns are indeed about moving swiftly from point a to b.

Cheers.

I recall being disappointed with the lvl 30 training. I chose an upgrade for fulgent blade, the others were adept 2's of raxxyl's, aria of excitement and....um..something else. Actually I can't remember if aria was one of them! I remember I didn't want/need them so chose the fulgent blade upgrade as it was the only one I could use.

I chose the brias update personaly coz im commonly grouped with  bunch of melees and proc is nice, this update also has the added advantage of adding agi to whole group (main reason i picked it) at lvl 34 it procs for max 191dmg so far for me and averages 140s, I can expect to do 4+ procs when soloing.

Might have been a mistake not going for raxxyls upgrade but hell we all gotta be differentSMILEY

I also went with Aria's upgrade. I really like the idea of having the ENTIRE group doing more damage via procs *and* more AGI that this Aria's brings to the group.
