I got the same message when I tried to register my wife and myself. The money has been taken out of our bank account and both accounts showed in the payment history that they had paid 119 for fan faire registration. However, it does now show either of our names on our respective server. May want to check the payment history J_axxy as you may be all signed up

A guildie and I both sent emails on the 31st and have still not heard anything.  SMILEY  We were unable to get to the website at all, there was always an error message about the server.  Very frustrating to not even get a response saying the email was received.  Can anyone help?

I registered within a week of tickets going on sale and had a few issues when signing up (user error, I was too excited and did not pay attention), but when I sent in an email to confirm my registration, it took about 2 weeks to get a response.

Should there be any concerns if my wife and I registered (and were confirmed to have paid but don't have our names up under the attendees section?

2 weeks?  Seriously?  Because the entire point of early bird was to get my pass mailed to me.  I guess as usual, the customer service element leaves something to be desired.
