There is also a craftable one from LoN, Stein of the Alesmith from the Oathbound booster pack.

actually both of them are from the oathbound set.

they could get a fair bit of plat out of the circulation if they offered some older loot cards for reasonable amounts of plat including loot cards you can't get from the regular sets. they should also sell more on the marketplace, you can buy a few tournament loot cards on the marketplace.
