Okay here is what I seen so far, thanks to test and what has been going on of late.

Freeport, New Halas, Neriak (thanks to Darklight Woods), and Qeynos (when released) will all got city specific armor sets.   So my question is this, when will it be Gorowyn and Kelethin's turn?

halas leather set is the same prior to update, fur boots pants etc, DLW armor sets are partially a nice change unless your a mage and then it's worse in appearance then before.
