Can the mercenaries window not be set up to operate same as the mount window. Have multiple versions (ie. a healer, scout, mage, tank) available in storage but only one able to be active at a time. Creating and managing groups where 2 or 3 mercs are used would flow so much easier, no one would have to run back and get a different merc. This would also for those of us that went to SOE Live and also purchased the Collectors addition we will have both the vampire and werewolf mercs available to us with no conflict.

Just roll a Necro then you will have all the group set ups one could possibly desire.

Seriously.

I would like to see that as well.

SOE could sell a Mercenary Camp contract in the Marketplace for like 1000 SC (per account! or 100SC per char.) that unlocks a 2nd storage place in your character sheet for a 2nd merc. You will only be able to call one at a time, but you will be able to switch between them without having to hire him again.

Kinda like the Warder tab. each 1000 SC gives you a new "storage place" for a merc.

No harm to anybody, more income for SOE...
