Chaos Descending Resolve Values

Chaos Descending heroic and raid boss encounter resolve should match the following pattern, with basepop encounters having 10 less resolve then the bosses. Resolve values are based on you having a percentage of the previous tiers loot to be able to meet this check. For example, heroic 1 encounters require you to have a minimum of 50% solo dungeon gear (11 pieces), and 50% (10) pieces of overland boss/quest gear. Having a few items that are out of normal progression such as relic pieces or the signature quest reward will allow you to decrease, but not eliminate. the amount of gearing in each tier that you have to do

No solo encounter should have any resolve at all.

Heroic 1: 1060
Heroic 2: 1334
Raid 1: 1512
Raid 2: 1672
Raid 1 Mythic: 1797
Raid 3: 1873
Raid 2 Mythic: 2032
Raid 4: 2112
Raid 3 Mythic: 2273
Raid 4 Mythic: 2395

Is there a reason this doesn't line up with the resolve currently on a boss in T1 raid (1542)?

How does mastercrafted gear fit in?

Master crafted gear seems to have the same resolve as the items that drop from t1 heroics.

Did the 'order' of raids change?
My understanding from the live-chat about beta was that T1 Mythic raids were supposed to be 'easier' than T2 raids. The resolve ordering makes it impossible to do T1 Mythic without T2 gear. Does that mean T1 mythic gear is better than T2 gear?

T1 Mythic comes after T2 normal. That is correct. Yes, T1 Mythic gear is better than T2 normal gear.
