Account wide armor unlocking does not happen on the beta server, so possessing a purchasing a T1 (Saltscale) or T2 (Kedge) piece of armor will not allow you to purchase a T3 (Coral) or T4 (Oceanlord's) piece of armor, since the merchant requires that you have that previous tier of that armor slot purchased. I'll see about putting in a beta only exception to this before the heroics unlock, but no promises due to the complexity and time required.

The "Reaver's Burned Wand" dropped in Doomfire, the Burning Lands (Outdoor) off of the Doomfire Reaver does not allow auto-attacking. I get the message "You lack the ammo required" on screen and "Cannot use weapon, requires ammo type" in combat logs. For kicks I tried all the types of ammo sold in Myrist as well as no ammo to no avail.

Compare to

Item name: Student's Reins of Experimental Critical Crafting
Description: Increases experimental critical success chance by 10%

I think the Student's Reins of Expertise probably was meant to apply to regular crafting, and the description should say:
Increases experimental critical failure success chance by 10%

Also, I was replacing all of Kenny's accolades. Everything looked good when I added the first six Academic's Accolade of Rage. When I added the seventh, look at what happened to poor Kenny's stamina:

One question, the critical bonus overcap.

What should we do with all the critical bonus overcap, if we can not reach the cap's thanks to the recent changes to the deity points from 58% base critical bonus + 100% critical bonus + 50% critical bonus overcap to 300% critical bonus + 150% critical bonus overcap?

Because if "encounters" debuff critical bonus, then I need even less critical bonus overcap.

You only need a critical bonus overcap if you have more critical bonuses than the cap has and this is just not the case anymore with the known gear and the latest changes.

Cb yah because of the conversion changes i went t from 4611 Cb at overcap to 3929cb with a higher cb cap. All this cb over cap does nothing becuase CB is Self is so limited, For example the new White panda adorns you lose 54 cb to gain ~50 useless Cb overcap and all the new gear has Less Cb than last expansion gear. Basicly atm teh Small increase in Potency fo Some of the new jewellery is Lost by the Dramatic loss in Cb from the new stuff.

A Celestial Transmutation Stone should probably be created which transmutes into CD mats.

Like many before me on this thread.
The "Critical Bonus" on gear is far to low if players are intended to make use of "Critical Bonus Over Cap".
Not sure if this was an oversight or not but with how much more the "Over Cap" stat is on the new gear, compared to the PoP gear we have no way of reaching the cap at all currently on beta.

Are you also including adornments, group buffs and the like in your computation of Crit Bonus attainable? CB Overcap is necessary in PoP raids because some raid mobs debuff Crit Bonus.

Overcap doesn't help with CB debuff .... if you've got less crit bonus that the cap, overcap doesn't help in any way.
Planar cb adorns give cb overcap, not actual crit bonus. We don't know what the stats on the celestial adorns will be as they're still just dupes (stat-wise) of the planar adorns.

The gear sold in the mechants gallery for various tokens need a buff in stats as mastercrafted gear at the moment still seems to be better then these

please add a lesser celestial ember of runes somewhere so the non raiders can get a version of it like how the greater mysteries rune has the 50 fervor one

The thing is even with buffs you still can't reach the CB cap on Beta, even in T1 raids using the raid test gear.
So to simply answer your question, Yes I'm using every possible item to obtain this opinion.

Also please explain how Overcap is necessary in PoP cause of a Crit Bonus debuff??? Cause that doesn't make any sense...
A CB debuff would effect your direct CB not your Overcap.
Now if the debuff was to lower your CB Overcap then you would be correct however you're saying it's a CB debuff.

Buckler of Knowing
Aegis of Earth

The following item does not appear to be flagged to allow Salvage to work:

i dunno if the overland chests are going to have different tiers? but at the moment the gear is really weak and pointless and needs a stat buff they are all 40 resolve pieces which has not much purpose when mastercrafted and old pop gear surpasses them. also all the new CD weapons seem to be unlevelable via the essences and the only weapons that seem to work are the pop based ones as CD ones don't show up

Hey Caith,
Not sure if this is the right place but I was just looking at Rayburn Franchot in the Library and I noticed he sells "Celestial Infusers". All four of them - Potency, Crit bonus, Stamina and Ability Mod, are grayed out to me even though I have finished the Elements of Destruction achievement.

The upgrades to my Sig line weapons - Emboldened Sky's End, the Gale Blocker and Enboldened Abyss Reaver, Avender of Tides, and all the Recipe's have the same issue.
